We will submit billing forms for hospitalization to your insurance company on your behalf. If our office does not participate with your insurance provider, it will be your responsibility to collect reimbursement.
Payment for office visits is expected at the time of service. If you are unable to meet this expectation, please speak with our billing representatives regarding alternate arrangements. Our billing staff can be reached at (607) 257-5958 from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
