Pediatrics
We believe in the power of teamwork!
Our providers work together to help deliver evidence-based care to our patients. In an effort to foster consistency and trust, each patient is cared for by a primary care team consisting of a physician and an advanced practice provider (physician assistant or nurse practitioner). We do our best to schedule patients with one of their care team members to help build familiarity for both the provider and the patient. However, if a care team member is not available, we will always make exceptions for urgent needs such as injuries and illness.
New Baby
Thank you for making Northeast Pediatrics & Adolescent Medicine your baby’s Medical Home!
Once your baby is born, please let the birth hospital know you will be using Northeast Pediatrics for your baby’s primary medical care. This way, the hospital can share medical records with us in preparation for your baby’s first newborn visit.
If you are just researching practices and your baby has not yet been born, then there is nothing for you to do in advance. However, if you would like a tour of our office or have questions that cannot be answered on our website, please call the office for a complimentary prenatal visit.

Adolescent Health
Welcome to the Adolescent Clinic at Northeast Pediatrics & Adolescent Medicine!
All of our patients ages 12-21 years are cared for in our adolescent clinic, located in the lower level of the Graham Road Office. It is staffed by the same providers that are in our pediatric clinic.
An individual’s healthcare journey changes as they grow. Our adolescent clinic is meant to help teens become more independent and encourage them to take a more active role in their healthcare.
What’s different in the adolescent clinic?
Teens start their visit one on one with their provider, with parents and guardians joining for discussion towards the end.
Questionnaires are completed by the teen and one by the parent or guardian to gather important information regarding mental, physical, and emotional health.
The adolescent clinic is smaller and a bit quieter.
At 18 years of age, parents and guardians no longer have access to a teen’s patient portal and teens are responsible for signing their HIPAA forms and contacts.
Patients must transition to adult or family health once they have reached age 21. This means, their last well visit with us will be at age 20.

What is a Behavioral Health Consultant?
The Behavioral Health Consultant (BHC)
The Behavioral Health Consultant (BHC) is an in-office provider specialized to help with many types of behavioral health concerns that impact life at any age. The BHC partners with the patient’s pediatrician to offer brief and highly-tailored recommendations to help build skills, try new strategies, and connect with helpful resources.
